Patrick Rabby, Hi-Kalibre’s CEO, has spent his entire career in the oil and gas industry, leading teams that deliver high-pressure, high-temperature valve solutions. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta (1994), an Executive MBA from Queen’s University (2013), and completed the Director’s Education Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management (2021). Patrick began his career at Master Flo Valve, where he rose to the position of Subsea Engineering Manager. He has spent the past 25 years at Hi-Kalibre, working across operations, quality, engineering, and now sales and finance.

Tod Hohl is the Chief Growth Officer at Hi-Kalibre, leading market development and revenue growth by deepening customer relationships, bringing market insights to the leadership team and board, and building a sales organization that delivers consistent results. His career spans leadership roles at Collicutt Energy Services, Master Flo Valve, and Honeywell, with international experience in sales, business development, project support, and technical training. Tod holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta (1992) and has been a member of TEC/Vistage since 2017.

Tony Standbridge brings over 20 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing to his role as Chief Operations Officer of Hi-Kalibre Equipment USA. He oversees operational strategy, plant design, asset utilization, capital planning, and supply chain performance. Tony holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and has a strong record of driving continuous improvement across production, planning, and procurement. Before Hi-Kalibre, he held senior roles, including VP and Director of Engineering, at Weldwood, Lehman Trikes, and AIT, spanning sales, engineering, and manufacturing.

Steve Neal has more than 25 years of experience leading finance teams in international oilfield services, manufacturing, and distribution, including roles at Cameron, ABB, and Van Leeuwen. As CFO at Hi-Kalibre, he provides strategic financial leadership across governance, risk management, and operations. Originally from England, Steve holds the FCCA designation and a master’s degree in professional accountancy (2020). Since relocating to Canada in 2012, he has also earned his CPA designation in Alberta. He is known for working closely with operations teams to drive profitability, improve efficiency, and build long-term value.

Johann Scherer-Brown leads global sales at Hi-Kalibre with a focus on pricing discipline, market development, and executive-level customer strategy. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta (2007) and has 15+ years of leadership experience in engineered industrial markets. Johann has a track record of improving pipeline accuracy, increasing win rates, and building commercial processes that drive consistent growth. He previously held senior roles at Burckhardt Compression and Fluitron, where he led growth initiatives, managed strategic accounts, and achieved record order intake in highly competitive, specification-driven environments.

Pardeep Sidhu is a quality engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing and services. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Engineering Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Statistics and Computer Applications. Pardeep has worked at Hi-Kalibre, Baker Hughes, GE Oil & Gas, and ABB Vetco Gray, building expertise in quality management systems, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement. In his current role, he oversees quality control and assurance activities in accordance with ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product and process reliability.
