QA/HSE

The QA/HSE program at Hi-Kalibre Equipment is ISO 9001 and API Q1 compliant with the American Petroleum Institute as our registrar.  Additionally, we have been COR certified since 2004 and are now API Spec 7-1 licensed.  Our Quality team is committed to providing an exceptional level of product validation and certification supported by the following:

• Full dimensional documentation on all manufactured components
• Serial numbers are assigned at start of manufacture and maintained throughout then indelibly marked on the final product
• Serial numbers for each part are traceable for material, in process inspection and final inspection
• Inspection is done in-process by the operator with final inspection completed by independent QC staff
• A designated, temperature controlled lab and a complete metrology system for calibration of our instruments and gauges.
• All API Rotary Shouldered connection valves now ship with an API Spec 7.1 monogram
• An available ABS / DNV certification program for valves that typically includes:
• Witness at key manufacturing points such as MPI and testing
• Independent design verification and type approval by ABS / DNV
